Current Projects

Annual Meeting – FAAIS conducts a scientific meeting in July of each year to educate both the physicians and their staff. Continued Medical Education (CME), MOC and ANCC credits are available to the registrants.

Primary Care Resident Conference on Allergy, Asthma & Immunology – This conference is conducted by FAAIS biennially to introduce residents to the field of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology.

Practice Management – This conference is held on the opposite year as the resident conference and is intended to reach both practice managers and their physicians to keep them informed on difficult issues such as coding and billing, insurance issues, etc.

Patient Advocacy – FAAIS composes, publishes and circulates “Position Statements” to ensure quality patient care and access, within the patient’s health insurance plans/programs, to our specialty.
